Thank you for your continuing prayers for Cursillista Carolyn Hexter, who recently underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor.  Carolyn is back at home healing beautifully and making a truly amazing recovery. Please continue to keep her, her husband, Cursillista Jon Hexter, and their three children in your prayers. Please keep two friends of Cursillista Michael Organ in your prayers: Michael Lacey (co-owner of Kathy's Restaurant in Staunton) and Evarts Opie (former publisher of the Staunton News Leader). Both men have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 leukemia.  Please pray for the Batsche family.  Cursillistas Joyce and Ralph Batsche both passed away in 2010.  They were both long-time members of the Valley Cursillo Community, and will be greatly missed, just as they were (and are), greatly loved.  Please also pray for Cursillista Doris Woodward from St Peter and Paul, and the soul of her husband, Joe Woodward, who died very suddenly in September, 2010. Joe was in the military, a member of Lake Monticello Rescue Squad, a fire fighter, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.  Cursillista Nancy Belmont's mom, a parishioner at Sts. Peter & Paul in Fluvanna, passed away August 31, 2010.  Nancy's husband Paul was on the Spring 2010 men's Cursillo team, and they just moved to West Point a few months ago.  Please keep Nancy, her mom, and her family in your prayers during this difficult time.
